WA DAY EXHIBITION AT THE MUSEUM

Each year the club along with other local groups sets up displays at the WA Museum in Albany.

This year we had a theme of old and unusual cameras, movie projectors, prints and other photographic paraphernalia.

Albany has put on some fantastic weather lately and the Monday State holiday was no exception.
This attracted a very large crowd to this family event that offered a wide variety of performances, displays and activities for all ages.

Once again 3D/stereo seemed to attract the most interest especially amongst the young who may not be familiar with viewing photographs that stand out from their frames.

Our club will be holding another exhibition of DIY and vintage cameras along with traditional printing processes at the Vancouver Arts Centre in July.

Good to see the interest in film is alive and well.
