World Pinhole Photography Day 2015

AFUG members and workshop parcipants took their cameras out on Sunday to take WPPD photographs around Albany before processing them in our community darkroom.
Pinhole photography is not an entirely predictable process and exposure results were variable but there were many really creative images produced.
The object was to encourage people to think more about light and to get right out of their comfort zone and I think we achieved this.

The images after a little processing have a unique look all of their own and there is a great deal of satisfaction knowing that you made the camera, took the photo and processed your own image.

We hope we have given those who attended the workshops an incentive to get more creative with their photography and try something new and different.
