CAMPING AT THE STIRLING RANGES
Twelve of us headed off at various times from Albany to meet up at the Stirling Range Retreat camping grounds for stays ranging from one to four nights.
The weather was not too bad for this time of year but I think the main object of the exercise was for a pleasant break from the normal routine coupled with the usual enjoyable get together. We even took some photos.
There was the usual up at 5:30am call for the unpredictable Stirling sunrise which, as normal, varied from sunny to total cloud cover. This provided us with a range of photographic challenges to overcome but everyone captured some excellent images in the process.
On Saturday evening we all enjoyed a barbeque at the camp with some excellent food and drink.
Outings are very popular in our club and this was one was no exception.
Thanks to Ric for organising another very enjoyable club outing.
